It’s safe to say it’s been a while since the last podcast, but you know, we’re trying to be select with who we bring to you! I am now very excited to announce podcast mix 4 from a friend of mine, the UK’s Pedestrian.
Having recently acquired plays from the likes of Gilles Peterson on Radio 1 and having recently remixed for top artists such as Commix, it’s safe to say 2010 is already turning out to be a big year for Pedestrian. Dorian Concept is pretty much my favourite producer to see live, seen him a few times and it’s been so good each time, dude is crazy on the keys! Here he is taking on a remix of PVT (formerly Pivot) that Warp are giving you for free, pretty chilled feel to this, nice for a lovely summery day like today!

Starkey is one of my favourite artists in dubstep and has been since before his first album dropped, he seems to always bring something different to his music while maintaining a bass heavy and dubstep sort of sound, Street Bass I believe he calls it. Anyway Fact Magazine just put out this free track from him, quite different from other stuff I’ve heard from him yet still has that distinct Starkey feel which you’ll no doubt have grown to love!

Eliot Lipp is probably one of my favourite artists and Goldeneye 64 is probably one of my favourite games over any console, so when I saw the two together on XLR8R just now I knew I was in for a treat. Eliot Lipp made a track using sounds from the N64 version of Goldeneye which would be at home on any dancefloor… insane!
