It features 7 of Astro Nautico’s artists sampling the soundtrack to Kurosawa’s The Seven Samurai to create a track and 7 of Day Tripper’s artists sampling the soundtrack to the western remake, The Magnificent Seven, to create a track.
Really nice concept for the compilation and it leads to some really great music. If you’re feeling it and have a love of Walkmans there is a pretty dope looking casette available from the Bandcamp link.
