I came across this track via Digital Soundboy boss Shy FX ’s twitter. Massive Attack are about to release their fifth album entitled ‘Heligoland’ and here Breakage cranks out a dark, Detroit-y, dubstep/techno refix of the single.
Production on point as you’d expect from a producer who’s been consistently released high-grade d&b/dubstep/bass since the turn of the last decade/century/millennium… Anyone remember ‘So Vain’ which he made when he was still a pesky teenage, or ‘Losing Track’ off his debut album? Dude’s got skills.
Look out for his forthcoming sophomore album ‘Foundation’ due sometime this month on Digital Soundboy.
