B-Ju - Dog Day EP
The homies over at Error Broadcast have got a lovely Christmas Present for you today. They have made B-Ju’s excellent Dog Day EP available for free download on their bandcamp until 16th January. If for some reason you don’t already own it I’d suggest you grab it while you can, it was definitely one of our top picks from 2010.
B-Ju - Minor Works
We’re big fans of B-Ju so when I saw Error Broadcast mention this on their facebook page I knew it’d be going straight up on the site. 16 of his “minor works” created between 2006 and 2010, so many good beats. Particular favourites on first listen are Soja Extra and Habit in your Redlight, but it’s all good. Take a listen yourself after the page break.
DZA - Twat
We seem to be getting a constant stream of seriously good music from DZA through our inbox recently. This new Supershark EP, a joint release from Project Moon Circle and Jus Like Music, is no exception.
‘Twat’ is an upbeat, glitch synth lead offering that would fit right in on any dance floor. Check out the rest of the EP and purchase the limited edition white vinyl if you’re feeling it. Also expect big things from DZA on Error Broadcast later this year.

New vibes from the man named Pixelord to celebrate reaching 3200 followers on his soundcloud. This track has a kind of future garage feel, but remains true to his sound giving it a little Pixelord twist!

Remember this epic DZA release from a little while back? Well it’s now been remixed as part of a new release from the one and only Error Broadcast! As always some of the tracks are free as a 192 but you can head over to their web store to grab a limited edition tape, or the full package.
I’ve been lucky enough to have had this run through my speakers for the past couple weeks and as always when EB are involved, the results are incredible. Tracks are remixed by the likes of Pixelord, Aeed, HeRobust, Dynooo, Montgomery Clunk, Demokracy and many more, who you should be familiar with if you’re read this blog before. Check the freebie above, love it and then go cop the HQ to smash in the clubs!

You know it’s a great day when Error Broadcast drops a new release! This actually came out a few days ago but we’ve been too bogged down with ‘real work’ to post it. But never fret, if you’ve not grabbed it yet now is the time.
I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the promo of this iL release a while now so it’s made me happy to be able to share this with you all. As always the 192 is a free download but you can visit their site to grab a high quality download. Some really unique sounds and beats make up a really interesting album, definitely one for your collection. We can’t wait to see what the guys come up with next..

Well, to say the last couple weeks have been busy would be an understatement! Y’all know how it is when it’s this time of year, things to do, places to go etc, and because of this YSK has been a tiny bit slow. But.. we are back with force today with something from our buddies Leonard Dstroy and Pixelord!
This remix is arp-fucking-tastic and heavy hitting to the core, you should already know these two guys should not be slept on! Once again collated by the one and only Error Broadcast the track will be featured on Pixelords forthcoming EP ‘FISH TOUCH’, I for one can’t wait!

It’s a good week next week, you know why? Because Error Broadcast is about to drop it’s latest EP release on the 15th by the man they call Montgomery Clunk!
As a taster B-Ju got his hands on this track from the release and has smacked it with the remix, it’s just oozing vibes! As for the rest of the EP it’s a killer from a guy I hadn’t previously heard much from. Clunk hails from Bucharest, Romania and at 22-years old this will be his debut release. Coming in 7 tracks deep it hits various sides of the beat spectrum, from some head nod heaters to some a “I need to break some walls down whilst listening to this song”.
Can’t recommend this remix and the full download enough, so keep an eye for it dropping soon - Error Broadcast going from strength to strength!

The 1960s were awesome times for Jazz music, or more precisely, Anti-Jazz music. Pioniered by the likes of Ornette Coleman and John Coltrane, young US American Jazz cats shifted the genre to a whole new level exploring the modal qualities of Jazzmusic. At the edges of Free and Avantgarde Jazz (the New Thing!), music full of beauty and adventure was created.
My two-parts mixtape showcases a small selection of artists and songs from this period of time I found matching each other, somehow. There’s a certain atmosphere of odditiy about each work, bridging antithetic artists as Sam Rivers and Antonio Carlos Jobim or Anthony Williams and Charles Mingus.
OL - Random Phrase
One of the finest, if not the finest label in our scene does it again today, this time with the release of OL’s Random Phrase. Succulent beats and great ambiance makes this 7 track EP another instant favorite. Do yourself a favor, cop it and if you dig there is also a full 320kbps release with a bonus track you can grab! Unexpected is the pick of the bunch for me, enjoy.
