Our first podcast! We will be bringing you exclusive mixes from some dope artists and Djs.. for a Christmas present we bring to you episode 1 mixed by Bitesize Beats!

Bitesize Beats is a veteran mixmaker, starting out doing guest mixes for Ninja Tune’s legendary Solid Steel show in 2003, and has been played on XFM, BTTB and Electronic Explorations, among others. Styles have changed over the years from the early cut + paste hip-hop/breakbeat stuff to the more recent psychedelic beat journeys, also taking in electronics, dubstep, ambient, soul, downtempo etc (often in the space of a single mix). Mixes are constructed in Ableton, all tunes being cut up, rearranged, re-edited and layered to within an inch of their lives…
This mix is his pick of the year, the best of 2009’s beats, electronics, and space-age hip-hop - enjoy.

It’s safe to say it’s been a while since the last podcast, but you know, we’re trying to be select with who we bring to you! I am now very excited to announce podcast mix 4 from a friend of mine, the UK’s Pedestrian.

Having recently acquired plays from the likes of Gilles Peterson on Radio 1 and having recently remixed for top artists such as Commix, it’s safe to say 2010 is already turning out to be a big year for Pedestrian. It brings me great pleasure to announce the next mix in our podcast series, this time from Leonard Dstroy! A personal favorite of mine, Leonard Dstroy’s beats have been making waves over the last few years and we felt it was about time to get a mix in to showcase some of his own tunes as well as beats he is feeling.
